No. Most requests are for homes and offices that are already built and lived in. The report focuses on what can still be adjusted through remedies rather than what should have been built differently.
Do I need an architect's floor plan?
It helps, but it's not required. Clear photos of each room along with the direction your main door faces are usually enough for our team to work with.
Will the remedies require construction?
Rarely. Most remedies involve colour, placement, mirrors, plants, or small objects. Where something structural genuinely matters, the report will say so clearly rather than hide it.
